ABOUT WONDER WINGS
Established in 2025, Wonder Wings aims to provide compassionate and individualized care in the areas of speech, language, and literacy to children and their families in Apopka, FL and surrounding areas.
Wonder Wings cares about the development and well-being of your child. In addition to providing direct services to your child, we believe in the importance of carryover (application of skills) in the child’s natural environment. In order to facilitate this carryover, we provide our families with the support and knowledge that is needed to upkeep your child’s skills between sessions.
For families seeking in-depth information, parent coaching calls are available to be scheduled. Here at Wonder Wings, we believe that every child deserves high-quality services so that they can soar to their full potential. ABOUT ANAYA
Anaya Ruiz is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist and founder of Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy, LLC. A proud Central Florida native, she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida (UCF), along with a certificate in Interdisciplinary Language and Literacy Intervention.
Anaya’s career began in public schools and outpatient clinics, where she developed a passion for working with children ages 3-18. Her experience also includes supporting autistic individuals through the UCF Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, which shaped her ability to connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
In 2025, she founded Wonder Wings to provide high-quality, family-centered therapy inspired by her own experiences witnessing the transformative power of speech therapy. When she’s not working, Anaya enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, exploring new recipes, and visiting family.
